Thanks to the favourable climate various
types of p
roducts
can be cultivated: the white asparagus of Bassano, the
beans
of Lamon, the rustic potatos and all the small
fruits, which are all used for
preparing special dishes
for the guest of the farm.
The home made, health cooking is very rich in flavour and
taste. Many seasonss
menus are available, from home
made pasta to " risotto " with herbs or mushrooms, from
lamb " in umido " to stuffed turkey.
Wines from Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia Regions are
selected by the owner of
the farm person.
